Ibrahim Bah - Chairperson

The Chairperson presides over all meetings, including the Management Committee and the Annual General Meeting (AGM). They act as the primary leader of the Association and, alongside other senior members, must adhere to strict ethical standards to avoid conflicts of interest.

Abdulrahman Sow - Vice Chairperson

The Vice Chairperson deputises the Chairperson and carries all the roles and responsibilities of the Chairperson.

Isatu Jalloh - Women's Leader

Aligns with the Union’s goal to develop the potential of under-represented young girls and promote equality. The leader focuses on removing barriers for women and girls within the community and ensures that gender-specific needs are met through targeted programmes.

Hawa Bah - Deputy Women's Leader

The Deputy Women's Leader deputises the Chairperson and carries all the roles and responsibilities of the Women's Leader.

Fatima Jalloh - Youth Leader

Focuses on setting standards and creating opportunities for "young Fullah people". They act as the lead for the Youth Committee. The leader ensures the younger generation has a voice in governance and develops youth-led initiatives.

Ajibu Barrie - Financial Secretary

A senior management role responsible for the Union’s financial integrity. Focuses on the day-to-day bookkeeping, tracking income from membership dues, and ensuring that all financial transactions are documented for transparency.

Mohamed J Bah - Secretary General

This officer is responsible for issuing the prescribed notice for all meetings to the members. They play a central role in administration and are tasked with maintaining member records in compliance with government regulations.

Habib Jalloh - Treasurer

Responsible for the Union's bank account, which requires at least two signatories for any cheques or withdrawals. They oversee the preparation of annual statements of account and annual returns for transmission to the Charity Commission.

Alpha Bah - Organising Secretary

Tasked with leading the Social and Organising Committee. This role supports the objective to develop and promote social activities, cultural heritage and the preservation of the Fullah language.

Bailor Barrie - Deputy Org Secretary

Tasked with complementing the Social and Organising Committee. This role supports the objective to develop and promote social activities, cultural heritage and the preservation of the Fullah language.

Saadu Jalloh - Public Relations Officer

Responsible for coordinating outreach and disseminating information to members and external groups. They manage cooperation with other charities, statutory authorities, and external FPU bodies in the UK and Sierra Leone.

Mahmoud Jalloh - Auditor

Responsible for the independent examination of the Association's statements of account. They ensure the Management Committee complies with obligations under the Charities Act regarding the auditing of accounts.
